Quali Tech® takes pride in our reputation for quality manufacturing that is flexible and responsive to the rapidly changing needs of our customers.  This reputation has been built and repeatedly proven over the last 30 years. With our highly customized and varied product line of products, tight quality control parameters are set for each individual product.  These parameters are then loaded into our computer system and product cannot be shipped until each quality control parameter is met, and it is released by a quality control technician.

Quality production begins with quality ingredients. Quali Tech® has a preferred supplied program for all of our purchased ingredients. Once an ingredient is qualified for use in our process, there is a continuous tracking program that is initiated. We monitor each ingredient for conformance to specifications, lead time and its economic value to the process. We continuously challenge the ingredient's viability to the final application.  Quality assurance is very important to Quali Tech® .  We have a full service laboratory in each of our facilities employing the latest analytical instrumentation:

• Gas Chromatography for fingerprinting flavors and flavor ingredients.
• FT-IR for bonding measurement in our complexed trace mineral products.
• HPLC for measuring vitamin and other non-volatile ingredients.
  
• Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry for measuring total metal ion content in our mineral products and veal premixes.

In addition to our own in-house testing, we rely on outside labs for additional testing of our products.

One of the unique features of Quali Tech®'s Quality Control Program is the Triple Check process.  Each ingredient weigh ticket is signed by the technician, cross checked against the computer and rechecked upon initialing of the blend sheet. This triple check is done with each ingredient brought into the process eliminating the possibility of error since the computer locks up the process if any step is out of variance. Th design of this system was based on the stringent F.D.A. requirements for drug blenders.  Although not required by federal or state regulations, all of Quali Tech®'s products are subject to this careful scrutiny to meet our zero defects policy. In case of a recall situation, any ingredient can be traced by the gram and lot number within one minute of starting the search. At that point, its location can be pinpointed whether in our inventory or shipped to a customer. As added assurance, the technicians in the production facility at Quali Tech® are very long tenured employees, most with at least 15 years of experience; their knowledge is invaluable to the process.
