Manganese (Mn)
Manganese has a significant effect on reproductive performance, is involved in multiple enzyme systems,
participates in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism and aids in immune response in combination with other
key nutrients. Manganese supplementation is important because its availability from forage is very low.
Research shows supplemental organic manganese is more effective if fed before, during and after breeding,
flushing, to prepare bulls, to animalson pasture and in any time of stress.
